ON WOMAN BULGARY

Good morning everyone! Today I have you a post something different. On WOMAN Bulgary there´s an article (here) about the short suit as protagonist of one of the latest spring/summer trends,  finding that way different models, patterns, lenghts & materials which gives a huge verstility when it comes time to find the better choice for all of us. My surprise came when I saw that among all the pictures they were chosen to illustrate the article of well known bloggers (whom I admire) as are Mode Junkie & Gala González from AMLUL was mine too, WHITE SHORT SUIT (here) I leave you the whole article and take advantage once again to thank  WOMAN BULGARY and all of you because I know that if it wasn´t for your support this wouldn´t have been possible. Buenos días! Hoy os traigo un post algo distinto. En la revista WOMAN de Bulgaria hay un artículo (aquí) con el traje pantalón corto como protagonista de una de las últimas tendencias de primavera y verano, encontrando diferentes modelos, patrones, longitudes y materiales lo que le aporta una gran versatilidad a la hora de encontrar la mejor opción para cada una de nosotras. Mi gran sorpresa vino cuando ví que entre las fotos que se habían elegido para ilustrar el artículo de bloggers tan conocidas (y a quienes admiro) como son  Mode Junkie y Gala González de AMLUL estaba la mía, WHITE SHORT SUIT (aquí). OVERSIZE

This is one of those outfits in which we can think that what´s inside counts the most but this chic and protective outer layer is all that really matters to me. Still I don´t know what I like the most about it, the damask visual print in golden and black hues, the fabric or the shape. The voluminous cut adds width across the shoulders create this easy-chic shape. It seems like a dress itself, although this time I chose the easy way to wear it contrasting volume with a slimline structure in a stylish pairing of opposites. Hope you like it!

MIXING

These days are perfect for mixing past season´s clothes and this outfit is just that, a mix of prints and textures.  On one hand the pajama-inspired silk shorts, totally summery with the most typical garment for fall that isn´t another than the trench. I really like this new trend of wearing it cinched at waist with a leather belt which isn´t its own and with the sleeves rolled up to the elbow. And on the other hand the mix of prints so different between them, polka dots and eternal navy stripes in white & blue. And to finish with a touch totally autumnal this furry neck.

TWEED

 Today the rain has given us a little break, but that still wasn´t enough to wear a spring outfit, so to spend the day outdoors enjoying the first rays of sunlight in weeks I picked this knee-length coat that put together the whole outfit. I absolutely love tweed, it´s true this coat is from last season, but tweed is a timeless classic that we can wear it all year. Besides light coats are the best option for temperature changes typical of this season. I wanted to maintain the short hemline so I paired it with this skirt and in order to balance I decided to wear a pair of knee boots.  Unconsciously one more time I ended up mixing multiples textures, tweed, leather, cotton & suede. To finish, only as accessorie, this Chanel inspired gold necklace. 

If you like it this is a good option for days like this.
